Contact Us

Email us

1284613147@qq.com — this is the fastest way to reach us. We read every message and reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (GMT+8).

Order questions

Please include your order number (it starts with KJ and appears on your confirmation email) so we can look it up straight away. You can also check the status of any order yourself on the Track Order page using your order number and the email address you ordered with.

Returns and exchanges

Changed your mind, or the size is not right? Our Returns & Refunds page explains the 30-day window and the three steps to start a return. If anything is unclear, email us first — we would rather sort it out than have you send a parcel back the wrong way.

Wholesale and press

For bulk orders, retail partnerships or product samples, write to the same address with "Wholesale" in the subject line and we will send our trade list.
