1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on kj1944.com. By placing an order you accept them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once payment has been authorised. If an item turns out to be out of stock after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement, a store credit or a full refund — your choice.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and include our handling costs. Import duties or local taxes charged by your customs authority are the buyer's responsibility and are not included. We accept payment by PayPal. Your card or account is charged when the order is placed. If a price was obviously misstated (for example a decimal error), we may cancel the order and refund you in full before shipping.

4. Shipping and delivery

We dispatch from our own warehouse, normally within one business day. Estimated delivery is 7–15 working days, and tracking is provided for every parcel. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — customs clearance can add delay, and that is outside our control. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

5. Returns and refunds

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Personalised and made-to-order items are excluded unless faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned goods arriving. The full process is on our Returns & Refunds page.

6. Product descriptions

We describe every item as accurately as we can, including material, dimensions and finish. Screen settings vary, so a slight difference between a photograph and the delivered item is possible. Measurements are given to the nearest centimetre or gram.

7. Intellectual property

All text, photographs and page designs on this site belong to KJ Living and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. We sell our own unbranded goods; we do not sell products bearing third-party trademarks.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of business. If a dispute arises, please contact us first — most issues are resolved within a couple of emails.
